Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using SetSculptor (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

SetSculptor analyzes the track metadata you provide and suggests an optimized playing order and exports. Suggestions are provided “as is” for your creative judgment; you remain responsible for your sets.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when signing up.

4. Plans & billing

The Free plan includes one playlist optimization per day. The Pro plan is billed at $4.99/month and includes unlimited optimizations and exports. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the Billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period. Payments are processed by Stripe.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or upload content you do not have the rights to process.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the track lists and metadata you upload. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the Service.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SetSculptor is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
